Johanna Suo is the managing director of ifa laboratory, a creative entrepreneur passionate about structural development, connecting and facilitating; projects, people and ideas.
Active in the institutional and associative sectors of culture and creative industries for over 20 years, she is a member of the think tank European Cultural Parliament and she co-founded their Youth Network, she worked at the Goethe-Institut, at CUMEDIAE and the Swedish Institute.
Specialised in cultural strategic relations she is an advocate for value based initiatives aiming to create a better society. In 2015 she was awarded the Marshall Memorial Fellowship (of the German Marshall Fund of the United States) aiming to reinforce transatlantic relations. Her individual focus was art as crime and conflict prevention, art in international relations and cultural diplomacy.
Johanna founded ifa laboratory in order to propose services that valorise creativity, art and culture in less creative areas in order to establish change and innovation.
